With a BA in management and ongoing pursuit of an MA in Organizational Leadership, Yoseph's expertise lies in overseeing HR operations and providing support in leadership development and human resources activities. His notable contributions include active involvement in administrative tasks and LDHR initiatives, demonstrating his commitment to the ministry's growth.
What Yoseph enjoys most about his work is the sense of purpose derived from serving others and making a positive impact in their lives. Outside of work, he finds joy in spending time with his family, engaging in church activities, physical pursuits, and reading.
A memorable project for Yoseph was Operation Philip and Operation Sunrise Africa, where he witnessed significant growth in commitment and leadership skills among ministry staff, leading to positive movement and growth within the Church and community.
Motivated by his faith in God and desire to serve others, Yoseph navigates challenges and setbacks through prayer, seeking guidance from the Bible, and leaning on his faith.
