Azmach Abera Alemu is an integral part of the ministry at Great Commission Ministry (GCM), serving as the GCM National Assistance and Reporter, as well as the National Team Leader of the SOSE (School of Storying Ethiopia) project. With a decade of dedicated service as a full-time staff member, Azmach brings a wealth of experience and commitment to his role.
Azmach holds a Master's degree in Christian Leadership and another in Transformational Leadership, with ongoing studies in the Master of Arts in Transformational Leadership program at ILUE. His educational background equips him to effectively fulfill his various responsibilities within the ministry, including teaching, training, preaching, mobilizing, and organizing events.
Throughout his tenure, Azmach has contributed significantly to the ministry's achievements. Notable accomplishments include spearheading initiatives such as City Mobilization of evangelism and organizing annual Leadership Summits. He has also provided coaching, training, and counseling for incoming staff members and played a key role in teaching and mentoring pastors, resulting in the establishment of numerous new churches.
Passionate about teaching, training, and mobilizing others, Azmach finds fulfillment in his role within the ministry. Outside of work, he enjoys reading books and writing, further enriching his knowledge and skills.
Azmach's motivation to excel in his role stems from his deep love for the Lord and a genuine desire to serve others. When faced with challenges or setbacks, he relies on prayer and perseverance, often seeking guidance through collaboration with colleagues.
