Staff Recruitment and training
As Jesus says in Matt. 9:37, “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few”, GCME conducts ongoing staff recruitment and development. Sixteen full-time missionary staffs that passed through the 5th cycle of New Staff Training (NST) have graduated and have been commissioned on 22nd of April, 2018. Currently, 25 applicants passed the interview for fulltime ministry staff in GCME and are ready to join the Great Commission Training Center.
