Bethlehem Abera is the Children Ministry Team Leader at the ministry, bringing 22years of dedicated service. She holds a diverse educational background, including a Master's in Holistic Child Development from Evangelical Theological College (ETC) in Ethiopia, a Master of Arts in Transformational Leadership from Global Academy for Transformational Leadership, and Bachelor's and Diploma degrees in Business Administration and Information System from Addis Ababa University College of Commerce (AAUCC).
As the Children Ministry Team Leader, Bethlehem is committed to vision casting, training parents, Sunday School teachers, Church Leaders and child caregivers. She values family, fellowship, spirituality, and service, and her passion lies in building healthy families and communities in alignment with the Great Commission of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Bethlehem's professional journey extends beyond her current role, including significant contributions as a Student Lead Movement leader, Human Resource Director, Lecturing at International Leadership University and her current position as Children Ministry Director. She is dedicated to teaching, curriculum development, and guiding students to excel in their studies.
Outside of work, Bethlehem enjoys spending time with her husband of 21 years, Girma Altaye, and their five children. She draws motivation from her commitment to glorify God and overcome challenges with resilience and faith.
In sharing her advice for aspiring professionals in her field, Bethlehem emphasizes the importance of continuous learning, dedication to service, and reliance on spiritual values. With her diverse experiences and unwavering dedication, Bethlehem continues to make significant contributions to the ministry and beyond.
