Martha Hilawi

Women for Change Team Leader

Martha Hilawe, with 23 years of dedication to GCM, serves as the Women's Ministry National Team Leader. Alongside her role, she manages her family life as a devoted wife and mother of two daughters and a son. Her educational background includes a bachelor's degree in Leadership and Development, currently pursuing a master's degree in Mission and Theology.

Martha's expertise lies in leading the women's department nationally, focusing on mission-oriented prayer, Bible study, and life-changing training. Notable achievements include impacting over 75,000 women, nurturing their self-worth, marriages, and parenting skills. Martha finds joy in her ministry, driven by a passion for the lost and collaborative fellowship with her team, mobilizing for prayer and evangelism to reach the unreached. 

Outside work, she enjoys cooking, home design, and family time. One memorable project she led was the Rise and Shine Women's Conference in 2012, gathering 7500 women nationwide, resulting in transformed lives and impactful testimonies. Martha's motivation stems from divine vision, her team's dedication, and her compassion for the lost. When faced with challenges, she seeks wisdom through prayer and reflection, always striving for improvement. 

Her aspirations include empowering more women to impact their communities and save lives. Martha advises aspiring professionals to invest in women, recognizing its profound impact on society. Besides her role as National Coordinator, she serves on the Global Church Movement leadership team.

Martha prioritizes work-life balance by dedicating quality time to family, engaging in social activities, and managing her work hours effectively. Colleagues and clients can reach her for collaboration or assistance via email or phone.
