His educational journey includes a B.Sc. in biology from Addis Ababa University, a B.Th. in Bible and theology from Global University, an MA in organizational leadership from Azusa Pacific University, and a DTL (Doctor of Transformational Leader) from Bakke Graduate University.
His expertise lies in family life training, teaching, and counseling, along with leadership and family life education at ILU-E. Masresha has served in various capacities within the ministry, including advisory board member, regional ministry coordinator, national finance and administration head, and national director. He finds fulfillment in teaching and assisting others in marriage and relationships.
Outside work, he enjoys reading and physical exercise. Memorable projects include city-wide and national evangelistic campaigns and church renewal movements. His motivation stems from a clear sense of God's call and the multifaceted needs in the harvest field. Masresha trusts God and views challenges as opportunities for growth.
His primary goal is to foster healthy marriages and families within the national body of Christ, aiming to establish family life workers in 100 evangelical churches across major cities in Ethiopia. His advice to aspiring professionals includes personal and marital development alongside a redemptive role in helping others.
Masresha maintains work-life balance by regulating personal life and nurturing his marriage and family. Colleagues and clients can reach him via phone, email, or in person at the office.
