Church Planting

At the heart of our organization's mission is the endeavor to establish vibrant and thriving churches in both rural villages and urban areas. This involves a multifaceted approach that begins with mobilizing and equipping dedicated church planters and leaders. A key aspect of our strategy is the cultivation of these individuals into effective trainers, serving as mentors and coaches to empower future generations of church leaders.

Our activities span a comprehensive spectrum, each playing a crucial role in the church planting process. We commence with thorough village surveys to assess needs and opportunities, followed by providing vision conferences to inspire church leaders. Through specialized church planting trainings, we impart essential skills and knowledge, ensuring they are well-prepared for the task ahead.

Continuous coaching and supervision are provided to our church planters, offering guidance and support as they navigate the challenges of establishing new congregations. The actual process of church planting involves strategic evangelism initiatives, coupled with intentional discipleship efforts to nurture new believers in their faith journey.

Furthermore, we are deeply committed to the ongoing development of leadership within these budding churches, recognizing the importance of cultivating strong, capable leaders to sustain and grow these communities. Collaboration is also a cornerstone of our approach, as we actively seek partnerships with like-minded organizations and individuals, fostering a network of support and resource-sharing.

In essence, our church planting initiative is not merely about erecting physical structures, but about sowing seeds of faith, hope, and love within communities, with the ultimate goal of seeing lives transformed and communities revitalized through the power of the gospel.
