Executive Ministry

We are a compassionate community driven by our dedication to connecting the Executive, Business People, and Military community with Jesus Christ. Our overarching mission is to fulfill the Great Commission empowered by the Holy Spirit. This involves bringing Executive, Business People, and Military personnel to faith in Jesus Christ, nurturing their spiritual growth, and empowering them to become Christ-centered multiplying disciples who initiate spiritual movements across Ethiopia's Executive, Business People, and Military sectors.

Our vision is to cultivate a vibrant society of transformed executives, Military, and business leaders in Ethiopia. We aim to help individuals identify and fulfill their calling and purpose in life, all while advancing the Great Commission.

To achieve our vision, our mission is to ignite and equip Ethiopia's Executives, Military, and business Leaders to recognize their calling, fulfill God’s purpose in their lives, impact others, and become partners in the work of the Great Commission.

With clear objectives in mind, we strive to ignite Executives, Military, and higher business leaders in Ethiopia by mobilizing human and material resources to champion the Great Commission through the LIFE ownership movement, utilizing various societal pillars.

Our goals include establishing a network of ignited LIFE partners in six major Ethiopian cities, including Addis Ababa, and developing a domain of ignited LIFE partners across seven major societal pillars. Additionally, we aim to ensure self-sustainability of human and material resources to fulfill our activities and realize the vision of the Great Commission in Ethiopia.

Expected outcomes of our efforts include fulfilling the Great Commission through marketplace evangelism and discipleship, promoting personal transformation through awareness creation and leadership seminars, fostering family transformation through marriage and children programs, and influencing societal and national transformation through engagement with the seven societal pillars. Furthermore, we aim to establish a business continuity plan to ensure sustainability across generations.

At present, we have made significant strides, with 16 Bible studies and Discipleship groups established among Executive, Military, and business personnel, along with 980 trained key leaders actively participating in our programs.
