Bereket Yakim Endrias serves as the Leader Impact team leader within the ministry, a role he has held for three years. With 15 years of experience in various capacities, including eight years as a Regional SLM Director and four years as a National SLM Team Leader, Bereket brings a wealth of expertise to his current position.
He holds a BA Degree in Business Management from Jimma University and an MA in Transformational Leadership from the Global Academy for Transformational Leadership. Bereket's main responsibility lies in providing leadership for Leader Impact nationally, focusing on reaching Christian leaders and enhancing their impact for the Kingdom.
Notable achievements include gathering 300 key alumni for a five-day empowerment session, resulting in their commissioning as associate staff in over 15 cities and towns. He is deeply inspired by the organization's vision of movement everywhere and finds joy in developing young leaders who can make a significant impact. Outside of work, Bereket enjoys reading, listening to music, and taking walks.
When faced with challenges, he reflects, prays, and seeks advice from mentors. His goal is to develop 5000 leaders of impact in ten cities within the next three years. Bereket advises aspiring professionals in his field to prioritize networking and personal growth, emphasizing the importance of integrity and influence in leadership.
While he has no formal additional roles, he voluntarily advises LDHR, coaches young staff members, and teaches courses at ILU. To maintain work-life balance, Bereket plans his time ahead and relies on accountability teams for support. Colleagues and clients can reach him at the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays or via phone.
