Berhane Kaba Moga (Mrs) serves in dual roles within the ministry as the Administration Manager and Building Secretariat Office Manager. A devoted mother to three daughters, one biological and two heart-born, Berhane has dedicated six and a half years to the ministry.
With a background in Economics from Addis Ababa University and a Master's in Organizational Leadership from International Leadership University (ILU), Berhane's expertise lies in administration and leadership. Notable achievements include spearheading fundraising efforts for the GCME building construction and effectively coordinating financial management aspects of the project alongside the building engineer and foreman.
What Berhane enjoys most about her work is the peaceful environment and relational leadership style that allows her the freedom to express her thoughts. Outside of work, she finds solace in reading spiritual books, prayer, and occasionally indulging in cooking.
A memorable project for Berhane has been the building construction and administration, where she has played a pivotal role in overseeing operations. Her motivation to excel stems from her calling and passion to serve, while challenges are tackled through prayer and open discussion.
In the future, Berhane aspires to deepen her theological knowledge and advises aspiring professionals in her field to prioritize integrity, hard work, diligence, and excellence. Additionally, she has volunteered her services in the Great Saving and Credit Association and serves on the Board of AWANA Children's Ministry.
Maintaining work-life balance is a priority for Berhane, who dedicates weekdays to her professional responsibilities and weekends to attending church services and supporting needy children. Colleagues and clients can reach out to her during office hours, where her door is always open for collaboration and assistance, with email being the preferred mode of communication for administrative matters. Meetings with the construction engineer and foreman ensure effective teamwork in construction-related issues.
