Emnet Tsegaye, serving as the Partner Development Coordinator, brings a wealth of experience and dedication to his ministry. Married and a father of a boy, Emnet has been with the ministry for almost six years, holding degrees in Computer Engineering and Organizational Leadership.
His main responsibilities include providing DMPD (Discipleship Ministry Partner Development) Blitz training for new staff, preparing Partner Development materials, refreshing senior staff in partner development, and organizing TMPD (Team Ministry Partner Development).
Notable achievements include discipling many students on campus, mobilizing students for missions, coaching student leaders, and organizing campus leadership summits. In his recent role, he trained and certified 59 new missionaries, all now serving in GCME in various capacities.
Emnet finds joy in teaching and mobilizing for missions and enjoys spending time in silent places, watching inspirational movies, listening to Christian songs, and reading biographies.
Motivated by the ministry's vision, Emnet handles challenges through prayer and sharing situations with close individuals. His goals include seeing all staff receive 100% support for their life and ministry and witnessing changed lives.
For aspiring professionals, Emnet advises prioritizing family time and utilizing off days for prayer and Bible study. Additionally, he serves in the Leader Impact department as part of his ministry field, furthering his commitment to impacting lives positively.
