Roza Wesene serves as the Leadership Development and Human Resource Director within the ministry, where she has been actively engaged for the past ten years. Outside her professional endeavors, Roza is a devoted wife to Alemneh Belachewu, and together, they share the joy of parenting four children. With a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Addis Ababa University and a Master's Degree in Transformational Leadership from the Global Academy for Transformational Leadership, Roza brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role.
Her main responsibilities encompass leadership development for movement and organizational leaders, recruitment and training of new staff, ensuring staff recognition and growth opportunities, and managing HR functions. Notable achievements include leading 22 staff members through the Global Academy for Transformational Leadership academic program, resulting in their successful graduation and subsequent leadership roles within the ministry. Additionally, Roza oversaw the recruitment and training of 36 dynamic new staff members, providing comprehensive training encompassing classroom lessons, practical exposure, and missional engagement.
Roza finds great fulfillment in recruiting and developing movement and organizational leaders, aligning with her passion for serving in the Kingdom's work. Beyond her professional pursuits, she enjoys reading, teaching, and organizing mission trips, such as the memorable excursion to Ambo, Bekoji, and Malle for new staff members. Roza's motivation stems from her calling and passion to serve, supported by prayer, counseling, and guidance from her coach and mentor.
Looking ahead, Roza aspires to lead a ministry where every staff member feels fully supported, valued, and has a clear path for advancement, ultimately striving for self-sustainability within the organization.
