Selamneh Gezahegn Filate serves as the National Campus and College Core Strategies Coordinator within the ministry, bringing five years of dedication to the role. Recently married and without children, Selamneh is pursuing a master's degree in Missional Theology at ILU, having obtained a bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from Gondar University.
In his role, Selamneh assists and coaches staff members committed to building spiritual movements on Ethiopian campuses. Notable achievements include fostering cooperation between student fellowships and the ministry, equipping leaders for holistic growth, and expanding the ministry's influence in the central region.
What Selamneh enjoys most about his work is the shared vision and determination within the organization to sustain its values and mission. Outside of work, he finds enjoyment in reading books and watching football.
Motivated by a burden for missions and inspired by the ministry's impact, Selamneh handles challenges with patience and prayer. His specific career goal is to engage students for the mission with competence and passion, recognizing their potential as future world leaders.
To maintain work-life balance, Selamneh emphasizes planning, setting boundaries, stress management techniques, flexibility, and prioritization. Colleagues or clients can reach out to him for collaboration or assistance via email or phone.
