Thewodros Muluneh Mandefro, the Leader Strategy National Director within the ministry, brings over two decades of dedicated service and expertise to his role. Married to Manalu Tibebu with one son, Thewodros's commitment to his family is as strong as his dedication to the ministry, where he has served since 2001.
Educationally, Thewodros holds a BA degree in Bible & Theology from ICI University and an MA in Leadership from Vision International University. His main responsibilities within the ministry encompass leadership strategy and coordination, particularly in executive ministry and Ignite event management.
Notable achievements include his coordination of the Transformational Leadership and Governor Seminar (TLGS), where he successfully impacted various strategic domains of society, including education, health, government, media, family, and religion.
What Thewodros enjoys most about his work is sharing the love of Christ with unbelievers. Outside of work, he finds fulfillment in reading, coaching, and mentoring others.
A memorable project Thewodros worked on was Operation Sunrise, an evangelistic event covering 50 cities in Africa with a vision to reach 50 million people in 50 days. Leading the efforts in Jimma was a profound experience for him. Additionally, he successfully implemented the vision for the establishment of the Abigail Professional Women's Network.
His motivation to excel in his role stems from the vision of the Great Commission Ministry and the open opportunities it presents. In handling challenges, Thewodros relies on open discussion and prayerful problem-solving guided by the word of God.
His primary objective within the ministry is to share the love of Christ and make disciples. He advises aspiring professionals in his field to maintain a balanced lifestyle, ensuring readiness physically, spiritually, mentally, financially, and psychologically.
Beyond his role as Leader Strategy National Director, Thewodros also plays a significant part in the Great Saving & Credit Association, serving as vice-chairperson.
Prioritizing work-life balance, Thewodros places emphasis on his relationship with God, family, and colleagues.
